 OFFICE PROPERTIES   Office buildings, freestanding offices, upscale office parks, corporate headquarters, executive suites, executive office space, class A office suites, bank branches and executive office space.

 

 DISTRIBUTION AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES   Warehouses for sale or lease, industrial facilities, industrial parks, factories, factory sites, mills, manufacturing plants.  Distribution facilities, cross dock trucking terminals, warehouse space, airports, cold storage and dry storage facilities.

 

 HIGH TECH PROPERTIES   Research and development parks, office space, scientific building projects, medical laboratories, call centers.

 

 RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES   (Sometimes considered commercial) Mobile home parks, multi-family dwellings from duplexes to large apartment buildings.
