Pat Eberlin was born and raised in North Idaho contributing to his market knowledge and personal relationships.  He pursued his schooling and baseball career in San Diego, California while attending Point Loma Nazarene University and graduating with his Business Administration Degree. 

After college, Pat immediately started his career in Real Estate working at Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial in San Diego.  Pat joined Coldwell Banker Commercial bringing a strong sales and leasing background from Southern California.
